Oftentimes people will start in the living room, they’ll move to the dining room, they’ll go out in the front yard. So just as a freedom of movement where you can go wherever they want to be in a comfortable space and get the job done nice.
One of my clients has a treadmill, we could use that. But I’d rather she find things that are more garage. Like in other words more in the world where she could go climb some stairs if she’s staying in a hotel or she can go outside in her front lawn and walk up, she can find a hill some grade where she’s walking outside and so we we explore the environment.
We find ways to do the exercises without a lot of tools for body weight and a fun new location, wow, that sounds pretty easy. Um what, how frequently are you working out with people and how frequently do they have to work out in order to get these amazing results that you’re talking about? Well one thing that’s very important for people exercising is variety and so I mix it up every week.
How Does It Work?
I meet with you once a week and then I give you fun activities to do for a week and you can call me or text me or send me an email if you have any questions.
Most times we’re focused on watching the form and making any kind of changes. I find that clients are so excited about this program that most of our new clients are referred by word of mouth.
